Lookout Partners, LLC is a real estate development company focused on the design, finance and construction of affordable, quality workforce housing for the "forgotten middle" across the Mountain West (Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah & Wyoming) and the Far West (California, Oregon & Washington). 

Our mission is simple -- provide workforce housing for America's forgotten middle who are the backbone of America's mountain towns. Our civil servants, doctors, firemen, first responders, hospitality workers, lift operators, nurses, teachers, and waitstaff deserve more than shelter -- they deserve homes. At Lookout Partners, we believe that in our communities, all working people have the right to (1) live near where they work and (2) spend a reasonable percentage of their paycheck on housing.  Through first-of-a-kind ("FOAK") innovative, public-private partnerships, we are committed to helping create sustainable, affordable workforce housing for those who need it most.
